Why are the bottoms of medicinal glass bottles all raised

First of all, the precipitates in the medicinal glass undergo long-term storage, and it more or less would have some precipitates, including melanin, tannin and tartar crystals, etc.

In order to better and convenient extraction and settling, the appearance of the bottom of the bottle is designed into a concave type; which  promotes the precipitation to gather at the bottom of the concave type when standing up, and the precipitation is slowly sliding to the bottle shoulder when pouring, so as to avoid the turbidity of the precipitation at the bottom of the bottle. So be careful not to shake it, and leave a little bit on the shoulder of the bottle.

Second, the design also prevents the bottle from exploding, because the pits make the bottom as strong as the curved wall. Moreover, the glass bottle is held upside down during fermentation, so the precipitation caused by fermentation collects on the lid. The pits encourage the glass to stand upright on the short board, providing balance.
