1. bottle body inspection
The QC workers will observe whether the mouth is protruding, depressed and bottle body is deformed, whether flat bottom is protruding and other phenomena. This is for the glass bottle production process in the finalization of the test stage. The skilled workers will directly determine the quality of the products. In addition, they still should observe whether the bottle is smooth and clean, have no any phenomenons such as bubble, magazine crack and besmirch. The reason for this situation is that the glass bottle in the process of shaping annealing can not gradually cooling. The gas in the glass liquid can not be volatilized and eliminated.
2. Measure dimensions
Measure the size of the glass bottle strictly according to the glass mold. Any manufacturer is according to the bottle mold to produce glass bottles. 3. Quality testing
The quality inspection personnel shall take a certain number of products and conduct inspection in all aspects according to the drawings. If necessary, the bottle shall be filled with water and the lid supplied by the customer shall be used for physical assembly to check whether the lid can be in place and whether it is leaking. At the same time, internal pressure, internal stress and acid and alkali resistance were tested.
