1.ARE YOU A TRADER OR FACTORY?

We are integrated industry and trade factory.

2.What kind of products does your company mainly produce?

We are focusing on the design, research and development,production, sales, and after-sales comprehensive services of the overall packaging of spirits like glass bottles, caps, labels，glassware and gift boxes.

3. How can l get your quote?

Please kindly send us the drawing of your product. Details below should be included,
a.Materials b. Surface Finish c. Capacity d. Quantity
(Please be noted that these are essential for our quoting. We couldn’t quote the specific price without any of them)

4. How can we place an order?

Firstly we will send the sample for your quality checking.And when you're happy with our quality,We will make PI for you based on your requirements.After receiving the deposit,we will arrange the production for you.When the products are finished,we will inform you they're ready and send the photos for shipment to you.At last,we will send the original documents for custom clearance to you after you finish the balance payment.

5. Do you have caps and packaging?

Yes, we provide one-stop service. We also have our own bottle accessory factory, producing glass bottle caps, wooden cork stoppers, synthetic cork stoppers, aluminum caps, metal caps and plastic caps. And luxury packaging boxes and cartons.

6.What's your MOQ?

Usually,our MOQ is a 20-foot container,but sometime quantity will change in actual situation

7. Can I have a custom design?

A1: Yes. We specialize in the production of custom glass bottles. We have a very professional design team which can help our customers to design any kind of glass bottle. Or please provide your own drawings. It takes 15-20 working days to make new molds and make samples.

8. Could you do print?

Yes,we can do silkscreen and hot stamping based on your requirements.and please kindly send us the printing file(PDF,AI ,CAD,3D Format)

9.What colors are available? Can I customize the color?

All Pantone colors are available. You can customize the color you like.

10.What kind of packing can you provide? Can you customize the packing?

Cartons, pallets, and wooden cases are available. You can customize your own packaging.

11. Can we get your free sample?

A3: 1). For stock products, we can provide you the free samples, but you have to pay for express delivery.
      2). For new products or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we get pretty good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will provide your confirmation before the samples go out. I will also take pictures before the samples are delivered.

12. What about delivery time?

A2: For new products, the sample delivery time is 20~25 working days, and the bulk delivery time is 20~30 working days after payment. It depends on the quantity.
If we have stock, it can be shipped within 3 days once the order is confirmed.

13. How about your after-sales service product satisfaction guarantee?

A: We have a professional QC team responsible for testing product quality all through the production process . The sales team and after-sales service department will promptly handle customer complaints.

14.What will you do if the products we receive are defective?

During the transportation, 1% loss shall be reasonable; while the part more than that shall be borne by the Seller.The Buyer shall raise a claim to the Seller in a written form within 20 calendar days of commodity inspection if it is sub-standard or in compliant with the Contract.
